Is LogYourHealth really free?
Yes. All features are free to use, including AI analyses. There are no ads and no data sharing with third parties.
Can I test the app without registering?
Yes. Click "Try the demo" – you land instantly in a fully functional demo account with fictional sample data. No email, no password. The demo account is deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Does the AI analysis replace a doctor's visit?
No. The AI analyses serve personal documentation and orientation – they do not replace a medical diagnosis or professional medical advice. But they help you prepare doctor conversations with complete, structured data.
How secure is my health data?
All connections are TLS-encrypted, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions use short-lived tokens. Hosting is in a data center in Frankfurt. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes, at any time. You can export your complete record as PDF and delete your account including all data on your own – no questions asked, no waiting period.
How does the emergency card work?
You choose which data (blood group, allergies, medications, emergency contacts) appears on the card. It is available for printing and as a digital view that first responders can access via a link with PIN.
Can I simply upload lab reports?
Yes. Upload the report as PDF – scanned documents are read via text recognition too. Recognized values are stored automatically with reference ranges and shown as trends.
